WOW was established by Mary Barry, Erin Coldham, Emily Scivetti and Naomi Kerp, to foster a community that celebrates and supports women in the offshore wind industry, a nascent industry full of potential and especially driven in its early stages by female drive and vision a. We believe in championing and supporting all to drive positive change and smash barriers.
